I was expecting the snacks to be better, honestly. The hot chocolate was decent enough, but the cookies were kind of dry and not what I thought I was getting. Nothing was terrible, but it definitely felt a bit underwhelming

We had an okay time overall, and the actual event was enjoyable once we got there. The main issue for me was the communication beforehand, because it felt a little scattered.
I did get the important details eventually, but some of it came later than I expected, and I kept having to check the site just to make sure I wasn’t missing something. They probably could’ve just sent a quick email or made it clearer, which would have helped a lot.
Nothing was terrible or anything, it just got a bit confusing at times. For the price, I expected the updates to be smoother, but the event itself was fine.

The train ride was okay, I guess. The kids did still have fun, so that was good, but clean it didn’t really feel. The floors were sticky and the seats looked like they could’ve used a good wipedown. For the price and all, I was expecting a bit better.

The actors were the best part. My kids were cracking up the whole time, Santa was super sweet, and the elves never broke character once. Whoever runs this clearly knew what they were doing with the cast, because they completely made the ride for us

The accessibility was just okay. I could get around, but it felt like I had to put in extra effort for things that should’ve been simple. It wasn’t terrible, just more work than I expected.

Booking was easy, which I appreciated, and the staff were friendly enough. But the whole trip felt a bit rushed and not super organized. It kind of seemed like the staff were overwhelmed, so maybe we just caught them on an off day? For the price, I expected a little more time, cleaner seats, and clearer communication about what was happening. My kids still had some fun, so it wasn’t a total miss, but after reading what other people expected from it too, I’m curious if our experience was typical. I probably wouldn’t book it again.

"Ticket buying was easy"
I bought our Polar Express tickets and it was mostly straightforward. The site seemed to load fine, and checkout was simple enough, I think. I did have to go back and double-check the date because it wasn’t totally clear to me at first, but it all worked out. The confirmation email came through quickly too.

"Cute idea, but the crowds really took over"
We were really excited for the Polar Express night and wanted it to be magical, but the crowd situation made it hard to enjoy. Check-in felt chaotic, and it wasn’t clear where any of the lines actually started or who we were supposed to follow.
Once we got inside, everyone was packed together and it was tough trying to move around with kids. The staff we interacted with were kind, so I don’t want to knock them personally, but there didn’t seem to be much direction or crowd control, and we were often left wondering what was happening next.
The train portion itself was sweet and had some cute moments, but by then the waiting and crowding had already worn us down. For the price, I really expected things to feel more organized. We left feeling more stressed than festive, which was disappointing because we had been looking forward to making a special holiday memory.

The kids were excited and seemed to really like Santa, so that was definitely a plus. He was friendly enough and looked the part, but the whole thing felt a bit hurried. I wish there had been a little more time for the kids to chat or take it all in before we had to move along.

"I had one small question before placing..."
I had one small question before placing my order, and they got back to me faster than I expected. I’ll admit I mostly pay attention to how people respond when you ask something basic, and the person was really friendly about it. They explained everything clearly and didn’t make me feel silly for asking. After that, ordering felt a lot easier. No complaints from me.

"Fun event, parking could’ve been smoother"
We had a good time at the event overall, so I don’t want to make it sound like parking ruined the day. It wasn’t awful, we did find a spot eventually, but it took some circling around, and the signs weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. With kids in tow and the cold weather, that part felt a little more stressful than it needed to. I’d definitely go again, but next time I’d aim to get there earlier and give myself a little extra time.

"Decent ride, but the wait got annoying"
The ride was actually fun once we finally got on, and the kids enjoyed it. But the waiting around was a little irritating. The line moved slower than expected and things felt kind of unorganized in spots. Overall it was decent, just not exactly a smooth experience with how long it took.

I’ll admit, I usually don’t put much stock in all the polished event promo talk companies put out, but this one actually was well run. Everything moved along smoothly, and I didn’t feel like people were scrambling behind the scenes.

I wanted to like this train ride more, but it was a bit frustrating. It got bumpy in spots and slowed down more than I expected, which made the trip feel longer than it needed to. The seats also felt old and not all that comfortable. The kids still had fun, so it wasn’t a total letdown, but I was definitely hoping for a smoother, nicer ride

Boarding was really smooth and quick. The staff kept everyone moving without making it feel rushed, which I appreciated because that part of travel can usually stress me out. It just felt organized and easy.

The souvenirs were okay overall. They had some cute things, like little magnets, keychains, mugs, postcards, and random trinkets, but a lot of it felt kind of cheap once you picked it up. Like the paint on some items looked a bit off, the keychains felt super light, and the mugs didn’t seem very sturdy. It’s fine if you just want a quick little gift or something small to remember the trip by, but I wouldn’t expect anything really special.

"Canceling was surprisingly easy"
We had to cancel our tickets at the last minute because one of our kids got sick, and I was sure it was going to be a whole hassle, okay, maybe not a huge hassle, but I definitely wasn’t looking forward to it. They replied quicker than I expected and clearly explained what options we had. The refund came through faster than I thought, too. i really appreciated how kind they were about everything and that they didn’t make an already stressful situation worse.
